Where website data goes
AI Maturity Assessment and solution-finder answers are processed in your browser. The maturity result is saved in browser local storage so it can persist on that device; it is not submitted to our server by the assessment itself.
Contact-form submissions are sent to the Ingenuity Systems website server, validated, and recorded in a private server-side lead log. When a contact webhook or CRM destination is configured, the same inquiry is also forwarded to that configured business system.
AI Advisor messages are sent to the website server and then to the configured AI provider so a grounded response can be generated from the Ingenuity Systems knowledge base. The website requests non-persistent model responses; browser conversation history remains in the current page session unless another storage integration is added.
Optional first-party interaction analytics are only sent after consent. They are recorded in a private server-side event log and may also be forwarded to an analytics webhook if one is configured.
